Q: What is the minimum number of devices?

Ten devices. Below that you are better off on our main buyback page, and we will point you there.

Q: Can you give us a Certificate of Destruction?

Not a formal certified one. You get a signed Collection and Erasure Record listing every serial number, the erasure method and the result, dated and signed. If your policy requires a certified vendor, we will tell you upfront rather than at the loading dock.

Q: How does payment work?

We issue a bill of sale itemised by serial number, and pay by ACH or company check. Cash if you would genuinely prefer it, but most finance teams do not. We do not ask a business to take Venmo.

Q: Do you take equipment that does not work?

Yes, in the same collection. Dead machines are valued for parts rather than resale, and they are priced on the same quote.

Q: How long does it take from first contact to payment?

Usually under a week. A quote within one business day of getting your list, collection scheduled around you, and payment about three business days after that.

Q: What if some devices are still leased or financed?

We cannot buy those, because title has to be yours to transfer. Flag them on the list and we will work around them.

Q: Do you collect on site, or do we ship?

We come to you, anywhere in Sacramento County. No shipping and no packing on your side. Just have everything together in one room.
